Critical spaces are fully rendered to show you how natural light, materials, and finishes will look together as if looking at a picture .
Construction & Permit Drawings: Detailed floor plan and elevations drawings depicting the design sufficiently for permitting and construction.
Finish-Out Curation & Selection: Guidance through the overwhelming world of fixtures, tile, and flooring, curated to reflect your aesthetic while respecting the project budget.

Construction Management: We work with qualified and trustworthy subcontractors who are respectful of the home and neighbors. We brief them on the work, explain the “house rules”, and quality control their work so you can know that it is done right.
Fixed, Fair Pricing: We provide transparent line-item pricing for you to review and approve so that you know exactly where every dollar goes and how much you will spend. The price is fixed for the duration of the project, so you are not at risk for fluctuating material and labor costs.
Critical Path Scheduling: Advanced project schedule prepared ahead of time with a forecasted completion date. We continuously update our schedule to make sure that we are focused on the right things to deliver your project on time.
Material Selection and Purchasing: We are intentional about every material used in your home. From the shower waterproofing to the caulk, we select and purchase products that will contribute to a durable, functional, and healthy home.
