We help to find the balance of Function and Beauty that meets your needs and fits within the greater context of your home and neighborhood.
We help you visualize the design along the way using detailed drawings and photo-realistic renderings.
We provide you with construction cost estimates along the way, ensuring the design we create together is one you are ready to build.
We believe our knowledge of the details makes us the best team to build it, but we want you to choose us because of that value—not because you feel locked in. You’re always free to take our drawings to any builder you choose.
Design fee is based on percentage of total construction cost as estimated by Pieper Building Company.
Construction
Whether it’s a renovation, addition, or a new build, we handle the complexities of the project so you can enjoy the excitement of seeing your home come to life.
We begin with the end in mind. We use the knowledge of how the space is intended to look and function to instruct our crews in every stage of construction.
We provide a Fixed Price Bid prior to starting work. You are never at risk for our estimating errors, and we always include a contingency budget for unknowns.
We provide a Project Schedule prior to starting work. Day-to-day construction schedules are highly volatile, but we work to meet or exceed the milestone dates.
We are intentional about every material choice and hidden detail, focusing on building science and fine craftsmanship to ensure the home is built to last.
We see it as our duty to be considerate of the whole neighborhood and not just our Customer’s house. That means we take the time to introduce ourselves to your neighbors and establish “House Rules” for every project.
Fixed Price Bid for construction is based on historical data of costs for labor and current cost of materials.
